Your next chapter is a big one. Move through it with confidence.
Merging, selling, or acquiring is one of the most complex things a business goes through. The brand, the message, and the communication around it can make the difference between a smooth transition and a costly one.
Align the brand, streamline the message, handle the complexity.

You might be any one of these
What you have in common is this: the stakes are high and the details matter. How the brand and the message are handled shapes how customers, employees, and the market respond to the deal.
If you have thought any of this, you are in the right place
These are the things leaders tell us when a merger, sale, or acquisition is underway. Every one of them has an answer.
Beyond the deal itself - the story around it
The financials and legal work are one part. How the change is branded and communicated is what customers, employees, and the market actually experience - and it deserves the same care.
One aligned brand
When two businesses become one, the brand has to make sense. We help you decide what to keep, merge, or retire so the result is clear and confident.
A clear, careful message
Every audience - customers, employees, partners, the market - needs the right message at the right time. We help you say it well and consistently.
Protected relationships
Deals put hard-won trust at risk. We plan communication so customers and partners stay confident through the change instead of walking away.
A unified presence
Two websites, two sets of profiles, two identities. We bring them together into one coherent presence that reflects the new organization.
A stronger market story
A deal is a chance to reposition. We help you tell a compelling story about who you are now and where you are headed.
A steady, discreet partner
M&A calls for professionalism and confidentiality. We work as a calm, strategic partner who has handled sensitive transitions before.
From a complex deal to a clear, aligned story
We handle the brand and communication side of the transaction - so the message is as strong and considered as the deal itself.
Align the brands
We help you decide how two identities become one - what to keep, merge, or retire - so the combined brand is clear and credible.
Craft the announcement
The right words, sequenced to the right audiences, so the news lands as confident and intentional rather than uncertain.
Protect the relationships
We plan communication to keep customers, employees, and partners steady and reassured through the transition.
Unify the presence
One website, one set of profiles, one coherent identity - so nothing out there is still telling two different stories.
Sharpen the new story
A deal is a repositioning opportunity. We help you articulate a stronger story about the combined organization.
Bring the teams together
Two cultures becoming one is delicate. We help you communicate internally so people feel informed, not blindsided.
Plan the rollout
What is announced, to whom, and when. We map the communication so it unfolds in a deliberate, controlled order.
Prepare the assets
Decks, one-pagers, and materials that present the business at its best - to buyers, partners, or the combined market.
Guide it professionally
We work with discretion and a steady hand, giving you an experienced strategic partner through a high-stakes moment.
Three steps, in this order
There is a reason we do it this way. In a deal, communicating before you have a clear plan is how good transactions turn into confusion and lost trust.
Discover
We get a clear, confidential picture of the deal - what is combining or changing, who needs to know, and what you want the outcome to look like.
Strategize
We build the brand and communication plan - what the combined identity is, what gets said to each audience, and in what order.
Execute
You do the work, we do the work, or we split it. What matters is that the brand aligns, the message lands, and the transition stays controlled.
High stakes call for a steady, experienced hand
A merger, sale, or acquisition is not the time to improvise the brand and messaging. Consulting gives you a senior strategic partner who has guided organizations through complex transitions - so the communication is as considered and professional as the deal.

We have almost no marketing budget. Can you still help?
Yes. A lot of what moves the needle for nonprofits does not require big spend - clearer messaging, a stronger website, better use of email, and free tools like the Google Ad Grant. We help you focus limited resources where they do the most good.
We are a tiny team wearing every hat. Is this realistic for us?
It is - and it is exactly who we love working with. We can take work off your plate entirely, or set you up with something simple enough to maintain. We meet you at your capacity, not an idealized version of it.
How do you approach nonprofit work differently?
We lead with your mission and your constraints, not a generic playbook. Everyone here genuinely cares about heart-led work, so the plan is always about real impact for your cause - measured in people reached and supported, not vanity metrics.
What is the Google Ad Grant, exactly?
It is a program that gives eligible nonprofits up to $10,000 every month in free Google search advertising - so your cause can appear when people search for the work you do. It does not roll over, and there is no cost to you for the ad credits themselves.
If it is free money, why do we need help with it?
Because the grant rewards active, strategic management, and most nonprofits do not have time for it. The average account uses only a small fraction of the $10,000. Between eligibility, a grant-ready website, ongoing compliance rules, and smart campaigns, it takes real work to turn the credit into results - which is what we handle.
How do we know if we qualify?
Generally you need 501(c)(3) status (or the local equivalent) and a website that meets Google's policies. If you are not sure, that is one of the first things we will figure out together - and if your site needs work to qualify, we can help with that too.
Who on the team would we work with?
Any of us - every consultant here works with nonprofits and shares a passion for mission-driven work. When we talk, we will match you with the right fit for your organization's size and goals.
What happens on the first consultation?
