Things Explained
Real Questions · Plain English · Actual Fixes
Every guide in this library started the same way: a client came to us worried about something — emails landing in spam, a scary browser warning, pages vanishing from Google. We helped them through it, and then we thought: someone else is lying awake over this exact thing right now. So we built a page that walks through the fix — for them, and for the next person too. Because that's the heart of it: we're here to help, whether you're a client or not.
Every guide here began as a real client's real problem
We don't sit around guessing what to write about. A client calls worried — their emails aren't arriving, their website is showing a warning, their pages disappeared from Google. We help them through it, and then we think: someone else is lying awake over this exact thing right now. So we write it up, in plain English, and add it to this library.
That makes this a living, breathing collection — it grows every time a new question comes up. And because these guides come from actually fixing things (not just explaining them), every one follows the same anatomy:
Part 1
Realizing There's an Issue
How the problem actually shows up — the browser warning, the worried customer call, the report that suddenly looks wrong — and how to tell how serious it really is.
Part 2
What's Going On, in Plain English
The jargon-free translation with a real-world analogy — and, usually, the reassurance that it's not as bad as it looks.
Part 3
The Symptom Decoder
Match your exact situation to its most likely cause — because “my emails go to spam” is actually six different problems in disguise.
Part 4
The Fix-It Plan
A numbered, do-this-then-that plan with honest expectations about timelines — including which fixes work today and which take patience.
Please, share these freely. Send them to your team, your bookkeeper, your nonprofit board, the friend whose website just started acting strange. We give this away on purpose — because we've seen too many good businesses pay for panic, and we'd rather you have the answer before the worry sets in. If a guide saves someone a stressful afternoon, it did exactly what we built it to do.
