No prior marketing experience is required for most of our programs. We specifically designed our programs to meet participants where they are — walking you through concepts clearly and practically. For the Clear Blue Sea intensive, participants should be established in their business or nonprofit and ready to do deep strategic work, but no formal marketing background is needed.

All of our programs are available via Zoom. Our three nonprofit programs — the Non-Profit Marketing Incubator, the Nonprofit Mastermind, and the Google Ad Grant Workshop — also offer an in-person option at Gateway to Dreams. All business programs, including the Clear Blue Sea intensive and Individual Consulting, are delivered remotely.

The Non-Profit Marketing Incubator is an 8-week intensive program offered in partnership with Gateway to Dreams. It's designed to help small and mid-sized nonprofits build a strong, sustainable digital presence. Using the Mindful Marketing Snapshot Report as a through-line, participants explore business listings, reviews, social media, website performance, SEO, and more — leaving with a clear picture of their online health and a plan to improve it.

Yes. Completion of the Gateway to Dreams Non-Profit Marketing Incubator is a prerequisite for the Nonprofit Mastermind. This ensures that all Mastermind members share a common foundation, so the group can focus on implementation and results rather than covering basics.

The Mindful Marketing Dashboard is a business analytics tool we use as part of our consulting work. It pulls in your actual business data — from your digital marketing channels and online presence — into one place, making it easy to digest what's happening and take action on what matters most. Clients who consult with us receive access to the dashboard as part of their consulting engagement.

For Nonprofit Mastermind members, the dashboard is also included as part of your membership. It gives you a clear view of your organization's key marketing analytics month over month, helping you track progress, spot trends, and walk into each session ready to focus on what's moving the needle.

Yes — the Google Ad Grant is a program available exclusively to eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofits, so this workshop is designed specifically for nonprofit organizations. If you're not sure whether your organization qualifies, the workshop covers eligibility requirements so you'll know by the end of the session.

The Clear Blue Sea Market Creation Studio is a mastercourse for visionary entrepreneurs who are ready to stop competing in a crowded market and start creating their own. Over six live sessions, you'll work to define your unique market position — your Clear Blue Sea — grounded in your authentic voice and ideal buyers. You'll leave with a 6-month implementation playbook and a clear strategy to reach the people already looking for what you offer. The program is offered in partnership with Business & Legacy Advisor Christy Morrell-Stinson.

Individual consulting is fully tailored to your needs and goals. We offer three ways to work with us:

Consulting Only — We work with you and your team on strategy, data analysis, and campaign planning, and you handle the implementation on your end.

Consulting + Marketing Team — We consult and get things done for you. Our team takes execution off your plate, moving things forward so you can focus on running your business.

You can meet weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly — or book a one-time à la carte session if you have a specific, immediate need. Both Christina Shrive and Rachel Boone at Mindful Marketing offer individual consulting services.

The Snapshot Report is a third-party digital health assessment that evaluates your online presence across multiple categories — including business listings, reviews, social media, website performance, SEO, AI search visibility, advertising, e-commerce, and technology. It gives you a comprehensive, objective view of where your organization stands digitally and where to focus your energy. It serves as the foundation for all Mindful Marketing programs.

Classes & Workshops
All class and workshop registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your registration may be applied toward another class for up to one year from the date of purchase, or transferred to someone else.

Nonprofit Mastermind
The Nonprofit Mastermind requires a 3-month minimum commitment. After your initial three months, you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. Cancellations made before the minimum commitment is fulfilled are not eligible for a refund of remaining months.

Consulting Services
Life is fluid — and so are we! You have multiple options to adjust your consulting plan to fit your needs.

Once a Quarter: Update your plan for free once every quarter with at least 20 days' notice before your billing date. For example, if your plan starts on January 1, notify us by January 11 and your change will take effect on February 1 at no cost. You'll then be eligible for another free change anytime in April, May, or June.

Anytime Flexibility: If you've already made your free change for the quarter, you can make additional changes with just 20 days' notice and a $30 admin fee.

Last-Minute Needs: Adjustments made up to 10 days before your billing date are available for a $50 admin fee, which also helps cover preparation time and calendar blocking.

Workshops & Intensives
You are welcome to switch between in-person and virtual attendance for workshops and intensives — just let us know in advance so we can make sure everything is set up for you.

Nonprofit Mastermind
For the Mastermind, switches between in-person and virtual are allowed once every six months. The Mastermind is a group experience that naturally ebbs and flows based on who is in the room — the relationships, conversations, and energy of the group are part of what makes it work. Allowing frequent switching between formats would disrupt that dynamic and make it difficult to maintain the kind of consistent, connected space the Mastermind is designed to be. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to choose the format that best fits your life for the long term.
