The Nonprofit Mastermind is a monthly peer group exclusively for graduates of the Gateway to Dreams Non-Profit Marketing Incubator. Each session is a focused, in-person meeting where you'll work alongside fellow nonprofit leaders to implement what you've learned, troubleshoot challenges, and keep your marketing momentum moving forward.

Every participant receives access to the Mindful Marketing Dashboard — a powerful tool that helps you interpret your data, track progress month over month, and make confident, informed decisions for your organization's digital presence.

Monthly, in-person sessions

Hosted at Gateway to Dreams. A Zoom option is offered when six or more participants are interested.

Commitment

Continue as long as it serves your organization, with 30 days' notice required to cancel.

Your questions, answered.

Yes. Completion of the Gateway to Dreams Non-Profit Marketing Incubator is required to join the Nonprofit Mastermind. This ensures that all members share a common foundation so the group can focus on implementation and results rather than covering basics. If you haven't completed the Incubator yet, that's the right place to start — and we'd love to have you in the Mastermind once you do.
The Mastermind meets once per month. Two groups are available — an in-person group at Gateway to Dreams and a dedicated Zoom group. When you register, you'll choose the format that works best for you.
The Nonprofit Mastermind requires a 3-month minimum commitment. This gives you enough time to settle in, build relationships with the group, and start seeing real momentum. After your initial three months, you may continue month to month for as long as it serves your organization.
After completing your 3-month minimum commitment, you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. Cancellations made before the minimum commitment is fulfilled are not eligible for a refund of remaining months.
The Mindful Marketing Dashboard is a business analytics tool we use as part of our consulting work. It pulls in your actual business data — from your digital marketing channels and online presence — into one place, making it easy to digest what's happening and take action on what matters most.

For Nonprofit Mastermind members, access to the dashboard is included as part of your membership. It gives you a clear view of your organization's key marketing analytics month over month, helping you track progress, spot trends, and walk into each session ready to focus on what's moving the needle.
The member rate of $65/month is available exclusively to Gateway to Dreams members. The non-member rate is $125/month. Both include the same full access to monthly Mastermind sessions and the Mindful Marketing Dashboard. To receive the member rate, you'll need your Gateway to Dreams member discount code. Switches between the in-person and virtual groups are allowed once every six months. The Mastermind is a group experience that naturally ebbs and flows based on who is in the room — the relationships, conversations, and energy of the group are part of what makes it work. Allowing frequent switching between formats would disrupt that dynamic and make it difficult to maintain the kind of consistent, connected space the Mastermind is designed to be. We encourage you to choose the format that best fits your life for the long term.
