Do I have to use you for the execution too?
Not at all. Some clients take the plan and run with it themselves; others have us handle some or all of the execution. Consulting stands on its own - what you do next is entirely your call.
How is this different from Strategize and Execute?
Think of Consulting as the top of the funnel: the clarity and direction work. Strategize turns that into a detailed plan, and Execute is the hands-on doing. Many clients move through all three, but you can start and stop wherever makes sense.
