Meet With RachelTwo decades of building, leading, and helping others do the same
For nearly two decades, Rachel has built and led businesses through growth, transition, reinvention, and change - while helping other entrepreneurs and leaders do the same. Her background bridges real-world entrepreneurial experience with executive education, emotional intelligence, and deep personal-development training.
What makes her work different is the ability to support both the human and the systems underneath what someone is experiencing. Whether you're navigating a leadership transition, operational overwhelm, burnout, or building a more aligned business, Rachel blends grounded support with practical strategy so you can move forward in a way that feels sustainable and true to who you are.
Sustainable growth should support the human behind it.
She's walked alongside people through seasons of rebuilding, leadership growth, transition, and becoming - and she believes people are far more capable and resilient than they often realize, when they're truly seen, supported, and understood without judgment. Her approach is collaborative, adaptable, and tailored to the person in front of her. No one-size-fits-all formulas - every person, business, and season is different.

The principles that guide the work
There is always a reason people do what they do
Behavior rarely comes out of nowhere. There is usually a story, experience, fear, need, belief, or pattern underneath it. Understanding the why changes how we see people — including ourselves.
Curiosity gets us further than judgment
I would rather ask “Why is this happening?” than decide too quickly what it means. Curiosity creates room to see what we missed, challenge what we assumed, and find answers we couldn’t see before.
You can change your mind when you learn something new
We make decisions with the information, experiences, and version of ourselves we have at the time. Growth sometimes means realizing something no longer fits — and giving yourself permission to choose differently.
Two things can be true at the same time
You can love something and know it needs to change. Be grateful and want more. Be scared and still move forward. Life, people, and business are rarely as simple as either/or — and some of the most important answers live in the space between.

- Transitions, M&A & reinventionGuidance through rebrands, restructures, buying or selling, and pivotal moments of change.
- The human behind the businessEmotional intelligence, communication, and leadership growth - because sustainable growth supports the person, too.

Coming SoonA little more about me
The best partnerships start with knowing who you're working with. Here's some of what makes me, me.

My Family
My four children are my heart. Jacoby (2015) is kind, entrepreneurial, and wise beyond his years. Rowan (2017) is my social butterfly with unwavering determination. Danica (2019) is my spirit - a fusion of athleticism, femininity, and imagination. Finley (2021) came out ready to rule the world.
My journey hasn't been linear. I'm learning what it means to be a single mom, discovering more about my own power, and rebuilding in a way that finally feels aligned - the same work I walk alongside others through every day.
Myself
My most precious contributions to the world are the roles I embrace: coach, entrepreneur, mother, daughter, friend, volunteer, and healer. My path demands constant growth - I've invested over $500,000 in my own development, and I foresee investing a million before I'm done.
One of the hardest things I ever did was let my own light shine fully. I've learned not to dim it to spare others their insecurities. Now I let my (enormous) light shine.

Building the next generation
I love being a Den Leader. Watching the bonds form among my Scouts, hearing about their voluntary acts of kindness, and seeing families complete adventures together warms my soul. As my Scouts prepare to cross into Boy Scouts, I'm excited for the journey ahead of them.
Rooted in the outdoors
Sometimes the best days end with the dirtiest clothes. I found the Ozark Trail Association in 2007, became a Crew Leader building trails, maintained my own two-mile section, and even trained as a Sawyer to fell trees deep in the woods after storms. There's real magic in disconnecting and letting the world slow down.

Wherever you are, you don't have to do it alone
Whether it's your business, your leadership, or your next chapter, Rachel would love to talk it through with you. The first conversation is always free.
