It looks at your digital presence, visibility, and key marketing elements so you can understand what’s working, what’s missing, and where to focus next. Throughout the program, we use your Snapshot Report as a foundation to guide decisions, prioritize efforts, and create meaningful progress.
Yes! We believe teamwork makes the dream work. Each registration includes one additional attendee from your nonprofit at no extra cost. Bringing a team member can help you implement more effectively and keep momentum going between sessions.
Logistics
Yes. We offer both an in-person experience at Gateway to Dreams and a Zoom option. When you register, you’ll select the format that works best for you. This allows you to participate in a way that fits your location and schedule while still receiving the full value of the program.
We encourage consistency by having the same attendee each week, as the program builds from session to session. However, we understand that nonprofits operate as teams. You may send a different team member if needed, but having a consistent representative will help ensure stronger momentum and results.
If you miss a session, you’ll still have access to the materials so you can stay on track. While each session builds on the last, you’ll be able to continue forward.

Yes. You will have access to session materials so you can review, revisit, and continue implementing what you’ve learned. This ensures you’re able to move at a pace that works for your organization while still making steady progress.
The Post-Program Mastermind is an ongoing monthly experience designed to help you continue building on the foundation created during the Incubator. It focuses on implementation, accountability, and continued growth. To join, you must complete the Gateway to Dreams Non-Profit Marketing Incubator. Once completed, you’re eligible to step into the Mastermind and continue your momentum.
